· This article, found in the wall street journal, is not about college athletics but instead on how a man was charged for sexual misconduct with a student. The student gave full consent but the university over looked that consent was given and expelled the man for 3 years. The article shows that the grown woman in this instance still has the convenience of being a minor. The article brings up question because gender inequality was used to benefit the female, however Title IX was overlooked because the situation benefited the female.
